At Kori’s Kreations, each item is handmade with care. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following return and refund guidelines:

1. All Sales Policy

  • All sales are considered final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on handmade or custom items.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Please contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will:

  • Offer a replacement, or

  • Issue a refund at our discretion

3. Custom Orders

  • Custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable

  • Please review all details carefully before placing your order

4. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase

  • After this period, materials and production may have already begun

5. Delivery Issues

  • For local delivery, please ensure the delivery location is accurate and accessible

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery has been completed
