Yes, Michigan law requires that a 6% sales tax be added to each item sold. For convenience, sales tax has been factored into the selling price.

Most items will be made-to order, but it is possible that I have an item premade and ready-to-ship.

Ready-to-ship orders usually ship within 7 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces take 2-3 weeks or up to 5+ depending on size and complexity. Shipping times may vary by location.

Most items can be washed on the gentle cycle and laid flat to dry.

Are your plushies safe for children?
Some plushies include safety eyes or small parts that may pose a choking hazard. They are not recommended for children under 3 and are intended for decorative use or gentle play with supervision.

How should I care for my plushie?
Spot clean only with mild soap and cold water. Do not machine wash or tumble dry, as this may damage the shape and stitching. Air dry completely.

Are all items exactly the same?
No—each item is handmade, so slight variations in size, shape, and color are normal and part of what makes your piece unique.
