  • Yes! Every piece is crocheted by hand with care and attention to detail. Because of this, no two items are exactly alike.

  • Absolutely! See an item you like but not the color? Want a different size? Want something not listed? Many of my items can be customized in size, color, or style. Feel free to reach out on the contact page to get in touch with me to discuss your vision and see if we can make it come to life!

    Shipping costs are calculated based on your order and location. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information.

  • Yes, Michigan law requires that a 6% sales tax be added to each item sold. For convenience, sales tax has been factored into the selling price.

  • Most items can be washed on the gentle cycle and laid flat to dry.

  • Because our products are handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preferences, or custom orders.

    If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can help resolve the issue

  • Are your plushies safe for children?
    Some plushies include safety eyes or small parts that may pose a choking hazard. They are not recommended for children under 3 and are intended for decorative use or gentle play with supervision.

    How should I care for my plushie?
    Spot clean only with mild soap and cold water. Do not machine wash or tumble dry, as this may damage the shape and stitching. Air dry completely.

    Are all items exactly the same?
    No, each item is handmade, so slight variations in size, shape, and color are normal and part of what makes your piece unique.
