Great question! Most items will be made-to order, but it is possible that I have an item premade and ready-to-ship! It all depends on what you choose.

Ready-to-ship orders usually ship within 7 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces may take 2-6 weeks depending on size and complexity. Shipping times may vary by location.

Most items can be washed on the gentle cycle and laid flat to dry. Check the individual product description for detail regarding a specific item.

Because each item is handmade, I do not accept returns on orders. However, if there is an issue with your item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so we can work it out!
